INFORMATION WE COLLECT. Contact information you give us when you request a quote or make a booking: your name, email address, phone number, and trip details such as dates, locations, and passenger count. Booking and payment records for trips you book with us. Basic website usage information collected through standard web logs.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION. To respond to your quote request and provide the transportation services you book. To send you service communications about your own quote or booking by email, phone, or text message. To meet our legal, safety, and regulatory obligations as a licensed interstate motor carrier (USDOT 2265836).

TEXT MESSAGING (SMS). If you provide your mobile number with a quote request or booking and agree to receive texts, we will send you text messages about your quote and booking, such as a quote being ready, a booking confirmation, a pickup reminder, or a schedule change. If you sign in to our reservations portal, we may text you a one-time sign-in code at your request. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (855) 592-6224. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not use purchased contact lists. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as payment processors and messaging and email delivery providers, and only as needed to provide our services; and with authorities when required by law or regulation.

DATA RETENTION. We keep booking records as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
